C. Michael Welsh is a Talent Acquisition professional, author, and founder of The Change Maker, with a passion for helping individuals and organizations grow with intention. His career spans human resources, leadership development, and organizational change, with experience across diverse environments—from corporate settings to residential treatment centers.

Originally from Hutchinson, Kansas, Michael’s journey has taken him across the country, including time in Florida, Dallas, and the Rocky Mountains, as well as work in several National Parks. These experiences have shaped his perspective on growth, resilience, and the importance of aligning purpose with action.

Through his work, Michael focuses on developing people, building meaningful connections, and creating environments where individuals can reach their full potential. He holds an MBA with a focus on Human Resource Management and Organizational Change, a Master’s Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion, and is SHRM-CP certified.
